iPhone vs. Blackberry

I am a happy iPhone user.  I've had the 3GS for about a year now and I love it!  For calling it's reliable, I have all of my email accounts on it, apps galore, and ALL of my music.  It is great for personal use, but also for business use- emails, calendar, contacts and I can do all of my social media work on it too!

I just found out today that my new job is not iPhone friendly!  I have to get a Blackberry.  I've used Blackberrys before and really liked it, but that was pre-iPhone days.

Now I have to decide, do I keep the iPhone for personal use and carry the Blackberry for business?  Or do I make the  full switch to the BB?  I don't know if I can handle carrying and charging 2 phones, but I don't want to give up my iPhone.

Is there hope for me?  Is there life after the iPhone?

  1. dump the i-phone; save your money; embrace the new culture of your new job; don't be a slave to the "in" thing....

  2. So i just read this and withdraw my previous assessment. I think you should just switch back to the blackberry since you know how to use it (I could never really figure them out). You can also put all of your music on it but you're going to need a special adapter or headphones in order to enjoy them. Do you have a dock or ihome type of thing that charges and plays? That's what I use sometimes when I have too many things to charge and lack ports. If so, you can keep both and charge the iphone While you listen to music on it. Hope this helps!!! And good luck with the new job :D

  3. Would it be possible to keep the iPhone as more of an iTouch where you can use the FB app or games or music but just not have phone capabilities? It would turn it into more of an iTouch than an iPhone. My friend Zach did this because of the same reason and now he just has his iPhone in his car to listen to music and such.
