Cirque du Soleil's AMALUNA is coming to Houston February 12-March 22 at Sam Houston Race Park.
I've never been disappointed by a Cirque show and this one sounds really awesome. You can read more about it here, but one thing that I think is amazing about the show is that it is that the cast is comprised of 70% women, with a 100% female band. This women's studies gal is super supportive of that!
This would make a unique date night for Valentine's Day or a fun {and I'm sure much-needed} girls-only night!

My husband and I always go out for dinner the week before or the week after Valentines Day because restaurants aren't as packed and service is much better. We're going really fancy this year because our first baby is due March 9! Valentine's itself will be spent fixing the nursery up some more.
